Foundation Estimate in Shawnee

Arrow’s crew cut out a section of my basement foundation to accommodate new bathroom plumbing in the basement. They then poured the concrete back over the new plumbing. It looks better than it did before the work!

The crew was incredibly professional, respectful, cleaned up well, and all work was done faster and better than I expected. Highly recommend, and will be using them again in the future.

This is our second time working with Cody. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He worked us in for a water leak issue before our house gets painted and fixed some drainage issues. Appreciate his honesty and if I need work again I will be contacting him and Arrow Foundation. I also like working with a family owned business. Maddy in the office is also great. They are on time and the people working on the job are friendly and do an excellent job of cleaning up.

Arrow Foundation is the best company for all of your concrete needs! Cody Kandt, the owner and Maddy Mulcahy, the office manager treated me like family. Clear and prompt communication, upfront pricing and scheduling flexibility are only a few reasons I would recommend them. I ended up hiring them to tear out old concrete in addition to the mud jacking job I initially hired them for because I loved their work.

Arrow Foundation did a great job on several big projects on our house. We had them put in a new front stoop, sidewalks, paver path, drainage swale, retaining walls, concrete steps, river rock landscaping, and patio with trench footings for a new deck and sunporch. They were in and out on schedule, on budget, and the quality of the work was top notch. The crew was very easy to work with and really treated our property like it was theirs. When they were finished, they cleaned up everything completely. Their work is reasonably priced, and their results exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.
